WISH project implementation has followed with the standard of IT consulting project implementation methodology. We propose the right solution to customer according to customer requirement and expectation. Assessment phase is the first our deliverable from our solution team. We will provide requirement gathering and analysis of business process according to our proposed solution and scope of work. System design will initiate and documents as project system blue print. All system components shall be constructed by our project team according to design document. Unit test and system integration test are the most of key deliverables in term of system quality before deploy to customer for testing system. After that system will have a plan to deploy in production system with knowledge transfer deliverable and also IBM Standard Training.

IBM Cognos Education training is the most key difference of WISH consulting service. We will provide IBM Standard Training to every project depend on terms and condition. Customer will achieved the IBM software solution knowledge in term of features and functions according to IBM Global Education. IBM Education Student book and other standard material will provide in the class. Our instructor has required following IBM Education Methodology and standard evaluation. Making sure that after customer has invested in IBM Business Analytics solution they can have solution knowledge as same as IBM global customer.

In generally WISH will propose the post implementation support after project has go-lived. This service is recommended to have in enterprise scope of work as annual service. However customer has an optional for calling this service on demand. This post implementation service is one of key service for achieving customer business process base on terms of service level agreement.

After project has success to deploy in production environment. Any technical task might have in customer environment - production, test and development such as server migration, operating system upgrade, application upgrade, system high availability implementation.
